Console replacement questions

Looking to replace the overhead console in my wife's 2022 k5 lxs with the sunroof version. Is it easy to install and wire up?

Has anyone in the kia k5 forum tried it?

Uhuh, did mine just a few months back. Just look for a decent youtube clip that gives instructions. You will only need basic tools like screwdrivers and stuff. Good luck!

Swapping that console is totally doable, you can just yank the old one, swap the wiring harness, and plug in the sunroof switch panel also make sure it's all lined up right. If you're unsure about wiring, maybe call in a pro to be safe

@Graffy82 good to know it's straightforward with the right setup. Calling a pro might be the safe bet if it gets tricky.
@Champ1 from what I've gathered, it might require some wiring tweaks rather than plug and play. Best to dive in cautiously.
