these KIA K5 problems are annoying

New K5 GT-Line (Nov '25) and you know, it went haywire in Feb!
Dash lit up with all the warnings, lost power steering, camera, etc. Limped home.

then surprise! Next day, the car ran okay with just a check engine light.

Dealer had it a month, thought ECU, then the cruise control module.
They replaced it, got the car back last Thursday.

Now, 200 miles later, same crazy light show again!

Worried they can't figure it out and I'll be carless forever.
Anyone else experienced this electrical meltdown in the K5? Any ideas what's causing it?

I'm thinking about Lemon law. What do you think guys?

That sounds incredibly frustrating cos It's like they're just swapping parts and hoping something sticks. look the issue keeps coming back so it definitely sounds like a deeper electrical problem that they're missing. I'd advice you not to give up just yet, document everything and keep pushing the dealer to escalate it and if they still can't figure it out soon, then the lemon law might just be your best route,

Which state are you from? You have to review if your situation qualifies for the Lemon Law because specific requirements and processes vary. And if you're really looking into that, you have to have everything documented like what @Teyla.E suggested. Similar case happened to me before, we replaced the battery and bye goes the issue.

Oof, a brand new GT-Line acting up like that so soon is def not cool!
Have you tried communicating with the service manager or escalate your concern to the manufacturer's regional representative?
You can mention you're considering the Lemon Law and that might prompt them to take action more seriously!
And if you do end up filing for Lemon Law, make sure to consult with a consumer protection attorney who specializes in similar cases in your state.

I think you're qualified for Lemon law since the car has been 30+ days at the shop, and it still has the same issues. Just make sure to document everything like repairs, visits, dates etc. Open a case with kia corporate and get a lemon law attorney. Let us know the outcome.
