Hvac system is only heating but not cooling?

I have the 2022 kia k5 and so far i'm so satisfied with it but I've noticed a few days ago that the hvac system is only heating but not cooling. I've already checked the refrigerant and it's not low, so does anyone know what can be the problem? I'm confused, I've heard about common problems with 2022 kia k5, but i don't know if this problem is one of those? Any help or suggestion would be appreciated since summer is around the corner and i need ac ASAP.

Nice to hear you love your K5! It's my favorite out of all the cars I ever had. Looks really sleek, yeah? But I also have that same problem. I mean I had. What I did was bring it to the dealer and they found that there was a blown fuse. I think if that's happening and it's bothering you... go get it fixed ASAP. Summer is coming up.

Since the refrigerant's fine, it could be an issue with the compressor or a stuck blend door, have you checked the AC fuse or the cabin air filter?

Hmm. It could be the door actuator or a stuck HVAC control module. Some of my mates who got K5s have had the same problem. Let me ask them and get back to you about this But far as I know, if the refrigerant is good, better to start there before bringing it to the dealer.

Update: called the dealership about this, the guy on the phone said to bring it over since it's under warranty. It tuned out that the blend door actuator was stuck from debirs or something like that. Picked up yesterday and it's working perfectly!
