Ambient lighting on K5

The Kia Sorento has these ambient lighting thing on the '24 models. Is it also available on K5? Looks like the LED kit is different too! Any info is appreciated

I was surprised when my high-end 2025 SX-Prestige car arrived without any interior ambient lighting. It's strange because the accessory package they sell only adds lights to the front foot area and under the doors. It's nothing like the impressive ambient lighting you see in their commercials.

Hey have you checked the 2024 K5's trim options to see if ambient lighting is included or are you specifically looking for details on a particular package or LED kit?

No, I don't think it has factory ambient lightning in the latest models. Not even the trims @Graffy82. Although you can get an OEM interior lighting kit for the 2021 to 2024 models from your dealer.

Yes, the K5 can rock ambient lightning too but I'm not really sure if there's a factory option? Based on what they're saying here, there's none. Or so I read from @Harley Davidson's post here. But I know the OEM interior lighting kit he's talking about, part number is R5F55-AC000. It's got 16 options for you.

@slow-mochi, if your trim doesn't include it, there's still an OEM interior lighting kit you can add, which gives you multi colored LEDs for areas like the footwells, doors, and center console. There are also aftermarket kits that let you customize colors and brightness even more, covering almost the whole cabin.
